Company ŠKOLSKÉ HOSPODÁRSTVO - BÚŠLAK, spol. s.r.o. is a progressive, 100% Slovak company, strongly focused on organic production. Our farm and production facilities are located in southern Slovakia, on the Rye Island. In addition to the production of organic and natural oils, our major activities include the production of organic milk and organic plant production.

Our strongest side is the reliability and traceability of the products. This is due to the fact that a large part of the sunflower seeds is from our own production, and the rest of the selected and verified contractors. That's why our premium oil is completely traceable, from collection to the finished product. In oil production, we focus on both organic and natural sunflower oil with high oleic acid content, suitable for frying, alsocan use in classic and cold kitchen. The by-products of oil pressing are organic sunflower cakes, which are valuable feed for livestock. We can proudly say, our oil production is zero waste!
Our organic milk production consist of approximately 550 milking cows / 12 000 liters of raw milk per day. We supply our customers with raw organic milk in bulk. Currently we are in the process of building our own little milk factory, with ambition to process a part of our milk to organic dairy products and organic lactose free dairy products.
Organic green asparagus production is one of our latest project. We are producing fresh green asparagus with bright green spears and deep purple tips. Thanks to unique soil and local microclimate, there is surely nothing that even comes close to the delicious flavour of freshly harvested asparagus from our fields. Highly recommended for its delicious taste.
Organic field production – we traditionally produce sunflower seed for our oil mill, forage for our cows, asparagus and spelt. Our high quality organic spelt we supply for external clients.
